My friends and I had a wonderful evening. The food is sublime and the staff is incredibly kind. The live music is the icing on the cake. 🫶🏻 I returned after a year and I must say I was surprised. Higher quality and superb pizza. The cocktails are always excellent and the service is fast and attentive. 🔝🔝🔝

Two years after my last review of this place, I can't help but express my complete satisfaction at once again enjoying the delicious pizzas and fried foods, especially the calamari. .... Visited late in the evening for an initial coffee, it turned into a delightful dinner. We tried the pizza, and I must truly compliment the pizza chef on the excellent leavening and choice of flour: Tramonti Oro della Vigevano, producing a soft and light pizza with high crusts. The wait times were negligible, just over 10 minutes, with the staff's apologies, and deserves to be appreciated. The place also offers both indoor and outdoor seating. There is no parking for customers, but there is space everywhere. The price is average for places in the area. Recommended.

PIZZA EXPERIENCE IN CATANZARO LIDO! The "twist bistro" is a glamorous, modern venue with a thoughtful and refined interior design. At the entrance, a bartender stands behind a large, elegant counter, vertical gardens, and meticulously designed furnishings. The pizzeria and wine cellar are open to the public, and the outdoor terrace overlooks the seafront. They carefully promote their pizza on social media, just enough to FORCE me to make a reservation. Pizza, and what a pizza! Chef Dario's 75% hydration Biga is the recipe: a well-defined crust, a perfectly honeycombed crust, a pronounced caramelization of the starches resulting from perfect maturation and cooking, a dough that melts in the mouth, and a dough ball weighing at least 270 grams. No trace of burning underneath, a sign of a clean oven and well-controlled temperature. The flavor is a bit lacking in both the toppings and the dough, but that could be a matter of taste. I ordered a pizza off the menu with a special topping request: it arrived exactly as described. Catanzaro has been moving toward a pizza offering that's focused on details for years, and Dario (along with TWIST) is a perfect example of this trend. The service is incredibly fast and the place is packed (a 12-minute wait!); I recommend investing more in the vegetarian options for both the pizza and the kitchen (off topic). MUST TRY!

Four of us dined, two adults and two children. The staff was super helpful and patient. The little ones devoured the pasta with clams. We adults enjoyed a generous and tasty mixed grill. Excellent value.

New place, unique and refined style. Excellent service, speed and professionalism. Chips served, also quite quickly, in a basket. Purple blonde craft beer, which I absolutely recommend. Excellent pizzas. Quality dough and ingredients. We opted for the classic pizza, rather than Neapolitan style with high edges (a matter of taste), specify which one you prefer. The flavors of the pizzas are very particular, with exquisite contrasts. Finally a place that smells, before, during and after. Once you leave the place you have no food smell on your clothes. The desserts are also very good. The price is right, considering the particularity of the pizzas. A pizza like this varies from €12/14. About €25 per person with Final Discount.

A pleasant evening with friends in a welcoming and refined setting! Varied menu with both fish and meat options, as well as excellent pizza. The linguine with scampi and lime was excellent 😋 The friendly and helpful staff, who helped us choose the right wine, worked alongside the manager, who was attentive to our every need. Highly recommended! We'll be back ☺️

We had dinner recently: great music, a welcoming and elegant venue. The staff was friendly and attentive to every detail. The food was excellent: we ordered something off the menu, a truly spectacular turbot with potatoes and cherry tomatoes, filleted and served tableside by Carla, who was excellent.
